LatePay UK

Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern your use of LatePay UK ("LatePay"), a product of Axiom Atelier Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17454858) ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

LatePay is online software that helps businesses track invoices, send payment reminders and calculate statutory late payment interest. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice (see our disclaimer).

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and use LatePay for business purposes. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the messages you send to your clients.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance in pounds sterling (GBP), monthly or yearly, via our payment processor Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We will give you notice before changing prices.

4. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.

5. Refunds

If you are not happy, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that payment by emailing support@axiomatelier.co.uk. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use LatePay to send unlawful, harassing or misleading messages, or to contact anyone you have no lawful basis to contact. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

We provide LatePay with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee that any invoice will be paid. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

8. Data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
